Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide on all phone cases — no minimum order required.
How long does shipping take?
All phone cases are made to order. Fulfillment takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping:
3–4 business days
6–8 business days
2–14 business days
4–8 business days
10–20 business days
Can I return or exchange my phone case?
Because each case is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong model selection. Please double-check your phone model before placing your order.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your package can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to our facility. We can reship it, but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping cost. Be sure to double-check your address at checkout!

How are the phone cases made?
All our phone cases are custom-made using high-quality materials and printed with care. We work with a reliable partner to ensure each product is created just for you.
How do I know my order went through?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once it ships, you’ll also get a shipping notification with tracking information.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 30 days at blessedcasesco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it is sent into production quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. Because our phone cases are made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after the order is submitted. If you need to request a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at blessedcasesco@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
